the right hotels, transportation companies for car
service and airport transfers, restaurants, tour guides, translators, tour escorts
and drivers in Italy or France. We can assist you with all the travel arrangements. We
also have a list of private guided day tours and mini-trips or we
can customize one for your group. We can
secure hotel rooms and tickets to museums, boats or ferries,
trains, concerts and make reservations to various
venues as needed.
HOW TO REQUEST A CUSTOMIZED VACATION FROM US...
How do I get started planning a custom vacation?
You will have to fill out a secure, online contract, which will authorize Well Arranged Travel to charge your credit card for the initial payment requirement. This payment will cover the costs of designing a customized itinerary and consultations. You can find the contract, Custom Vacation Request Form on our website. Once you’ve put in all the information, all you do is hit “enter” to send in your request.
What happens after I submit my Custom Vacation Request form?
- We will process your request by charging your credit card for the initial deposit, non-refundable payment, and start designing your itinerary.
- We will design your itinerary and submit it for your approval. The itinerary is designed based on information you provided us.
- After you approve the itinerary, we will assess the total costs of the services that will go into your vacation package. You will be able to review the vacation package with the proposed services (hotel, tours, transportation, etc.) and make changes until you are satisfied.
- Once you completely satisfied, the approved services and costs will be put into a vacation package purchase contract for your approval. You will then have to submit the contract, Custom Vacation Contract, into our office to formally purchase the vacation package. Your credit card will be charged for the required first payment, which is non-refundable.
- Once we received the contract, travel arrangements you approved will be made. NOTE: Some services we make require immediate payments that are non-refundable. Once we begin making the arrangements, any changes made to the itinerary may result in additional fees.
- As stated in the contract, additional payments, if any, will be collected to pay for services we are securing.
- Final payment is charged 60 to 75 days before the vacation start date, or as stated in the contract.
What happens if I don't want to purchase the vacation package?
If you decide to not purchase the vacation package, what you will have at that point is a fully customized, detailed itinerary you can use on your own.
If we decide not to purchase the vacation package, will you still book our hotels and just a guided day tour or two?
Absolutely. You don't have to purchase the vacation package. Some of the independent travelers come to us just for the itinerary design and consultation only.
What credit cards are accepted?
We accept Master Card, Visa or Discover Card.
What is your cancellation policy?
The details will be stated in your contract. You may cancel anytime but payments you already made are non-refundable. (Please also read the section above that describes what happens after submitting a Custom Vacation Request form.) Please note that non-refundable payments are collected as necessary to make partial or full payments for services being booked as we go along. Payments required are based on projected expenses. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
